About Frederik Willem Heintz (1815-1864):
He was a distinguished Dutch painter known for his vibrant landscapes and meticulous attention to detail. Born in Amsterdam, Heintz demonstrated an early aptitude for art, leading him to study at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. Throughout his career, Heintz exhibited his works in numerous exhibitions, earning praise from critics and art lovers alike. We've been running an online antiques and art business for many years now and have become specialists at packaging. All items will be packaged very carefully with the materials that are most suitable for the item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Delivery times vary by destination. In general, 5-10 business days within Europe and 10-20 business days elsewhere.

What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

A: As we do package all items very carefully with large amounts of quality packing materials, in the odd situation you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense and arrange for a replacement or refund.
