Eligibility: Free international shipping is available on all orders to all eligible countries. Please refer to our free shipping list of countries we currently ship to at the bottom of this page.

Shipping Method: All orders qualifying for free international shipping will be shipped using our standard shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs and Duties: Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by country.

Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Availability for Delivery or Collection: Once a tracking code has been sent it is the customers responsibility to monitor the delivery times and receive the delivery appropriately. A customer is responsible to be available at the specified delivery time OR arrange a pickup at local postal point with the carrier. Amsterdam Curated is not responsible for items that were not picked up at the carrier postal point.
- Returned Items due to availability: If an item is ever returned by the carrier due to lack of customer availability or failure to collect from carrier, all associated costs are to be born by the customer. Amsterdam Curated does make every attempt to find suitable solution with the customer if a package is ever returned. Please note, not all packages that were not picked up by the customer are guaranteed to be returned to Amsterdam Curated by the carrier.
Paid Returns

Return Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at stefanie@amsterdamcurated.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days of the approval.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense or arrange a suitable solution for both parties.
