I found this handsome man in a little antique shop in Normandy and it was love at first sight. He has a carnation flower in his pocket of his jacket.

A: As we do package all items very carefully with large amounts of quality packing materials, in the odd situation you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense and arrange for a replacement or refund.
