Description:
A pair of French original antique oil paintings depicting Paris from both sides of the Pont of the Paris Seine in the Centre of the City. Signed by the French artist Eugene Baudin (1843-1907).

I do believe these are both painted from each side of the Pont de la Concorde, on the edge of the Jardin des Tuileries. These painting show a view of the Paris Seine and date from around 1863-1865 .

Painting 1: Looking Toward Île de la Cité & Pont Neuf and Notre Dame Cathedral.
This painting is clearly a view of the Pont Neuf, Paris’s oldest bridge (finished in 1607), with Île de la Cité in the background. On the right is the dome of the Institut de France, a major Paris landmark. The left side shows older-style buildings, trees, and people walking along what may be Quai des Grands Augustins or Quai de Conti, suggesting a Right Bank perspective looking upstream.

Painting 2: View Toward Pont des Invalides
The bridge in the middle distance appears to be an early version of the Pont des Invalides, or a similarly styled suspension bridge, which was a prominent feature in the 1830s–1850s before reconstruction. On the right, the riverbank with quays and boats strongly resembles the Right Bank of the Seine, with architecture consistent with Haussmann-era Paris just beginning to take shape, though not yet fully modernised.

Both of them are signed by the artist Eugene Baudin (1843-1907). We can also see these are very early works by the artist and painted when he was in his very early 20's. The architecture of Paris as envision by Napoleon III and the architect Georges-Eugène Haussmann was still taking shape and the large embankments along the Seine that we see today would be just starting construction as these paintings were painted.
