A wonderful pair of early 19th Century French Putti's. Signed and dated 1813. One putti riding a lion and one on a dolphin. Incredibly charming scene. These painting come in their original antique gold frames. All the Putti, Dolphin and Lion have a lot of historical significance in both Italian and French Art. This is a wonderfully playful take on figures.
